Kontrabrand is an independently owned fashion line since 2016. Providing locally designed “hype fashion” and statement pieces with quality materials. 

Kontrabrand is inspired by pop culture from the 80’s and 90’s. Focusing on social awareness; designs are made to go against the normal fashion language. 

Growing up, Brice Rivera always had the love for arts & pop culture from the 80s & 90s. Graduating from arts school with a major in graphic designing, he was able to fully express his passion thru designs. Struggling to keep up financially with the ever changing hype of brands, Kontrabrand was created to provide fashion statement pieces to those who were on the same boat as him. Thus, making Kontrabrand a brand for everyone. 

The vision of Kontrabrand aims to make old school fashion comfortable with new age designs. A brand that everyone can wear and afford at any age.
